Dear Students:
We mention frequently that one motivation for striving for excellence, besides the value of it to help make you GREAT, is to make your parents, guardians, and even your Ancestors proud of you!
During these next two weeks I am SO EXCITED for the opportunity to meet with your parents and guardians to discuss your school-work, behavior, and attitude about Education.
They place a great trust in me to guide you, and I depend on them to help too. But most of all, it is YOU, up to YOU, to determine to do your DUTY as a Student in School, and make us all proud of you. And it's OK to be proud of yourself, when you are being GREAT!

Dear Students:
Well, my Conferences with your parents is off to a great start. I met with 3 of you and your parents or parent-friend, a brother tagged along in one, and all showed sincere and deep interest in how the students were doing in school.
Never doubt how much your parents and guardians care for you, and care for your educational success.
Therefore, keep that "in-mind" in all the challenges I give you for your learning in your climb up "the mountain of greatness!"

I have continued to have wonderful conferences with your parents and guardians! It's just amazing how much parents too, like me, want you to strive for greatness!
They also want you to experience the Joy of Learning and they are grateful for the challenges you receive here in CLASSROOM 16, and for the many ways we make learning fun!
They also understand, and want to press you to understand, that working really hard in school is your duty, and they want to be proud of you that you are doing your duty and being responsible!
